What is the Fill Your Plate Club?
The Fill Your Plate Club is a low-cost supportive way to change your habits and beliefs around food. Enjoy weekly nutrition insights about decreasing food noise, daily recipes, monthly deep dives about common nutrieint defeciences on GLP-1. Not to mention a challenge to do one simple thing everyday to distinguish your food noise. Want to know what the challenge is? Join us to find out!
Who is the Fill Your Plate Academy for?
The Fill Your Plate Academy is designed for women and men on and off GLP-1 medications who want to find food noise freedom and build sustainable health habits. We focus on 7 essential habits necessary for long-term whole health on and off your weight loss journey.
Spots are limited in the academy to allow me to be very hands on and give personalized weekly recommendations and support.
Do I have to be on GLP-1 to join?
No! You do not have to be on GLP-1 medications to join the Challenge, Club, or Academy. While many of our members use GLP-1s, the program is for anyone who wants to develop healthier habits, learn how nutrition effects their body, and renew their relationship with food.
What results do people experience in the Fill Your Plate Academy?
Members report all around confidence. Confidence in their body, confidence in their food choices, and confidence in how they handle cravings. How is this different from other weight loss or meal planning programs?
This program focus on real, sustainable habits… not quick fixes. It is important to me that you understand how food effects your body so you don’t need to rely on me forever. We dig deep into your mindset around food and how to completely change how you view nutrition. The changes you will see from this program are not just meant to impact you. Your family and children will also benefit from the renewed health and mindset you gain.

How often do I get personalized coaching?
Academy members get coaching as often as needed. I do a hybrid of chat and Telehealth based coaching. At bare minimum, I require all my clients to check-in with me weekly through chat and monthly through Telehealth.
Do you provide recipes and meal plans in the Club and Academy?
Yes! In the Club you’ll get meal prep ideas, balanced plate guidelines, and easy recipes to help you fuel your body without over complicating your nutrition.
In the Academy, I provide more personalized macro and nutrient recommendations along with personalized meal plans if desired.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
In both the Club and Academy you’ll learn how to adjust meals to fit your needs while still following the core habits for success. In the Academy, I give personalized meal plans (if desired) and can work around any dietary restriction.
What results can I expect?
If you stay consistent, you can expect to build better routines, reduce stress around food, feel more in control of your eating, and improve your overall health. Weight loss is often a natural outcome of building these sustainable habits.
