Hi, I’m Adalyn! I’m a peanut-butter-loving city girl who dreams of one day having a big garden and a backyard filled with chickens and cows. I started coaching people on nutrition long before I earned my degree in Dietetics, and I’ve loved every minute of helping others find peace with food. My favorite part of coaching is taking complex nutrition science and turning it into simple, realistic steps that fit your lifestyle.
I work closely with women on GLP-1 medications, helping them understand their changing hunger cues, fuel their bodies properly, and build habits that lead to sustainable weight loss — without restriction or guilt. I’ve worked with clients from intuitive eating to structured weight loss and have found a sweet spot where both can coexist — helping you feel confident, nourished, and in control of your choices.
